Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather or customs processing.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

Order tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your order ships.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order is fulfilled.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
